Designed to empower IT help desk and deployment packaging teams to deploy, customize and support Bluebeam Revu across your organization, this three-day course focuses on essential deployment best practices, features and customization, plus how to provide troubleshooting support for Revu. Below is a summary of what you can expect for each of the three days.


Day One – Revu Essentials
Focuses on Revu features, which is our introduction to the software’s interface, tools and essential features. This will provide context for participants to fully understand how end-users utilize the software as we dive into the “behind-the-scenes” covered in day two and three.


Day Two – Deployment, Post-Installation and Administration
Covers deployment best practices as well as how to read and write basic command line scripts as you perform a deployment of Revu. You will also be introduced to the new Bluebeam Revu Configuration Editor, which will assist in generating deployment, patch and post-installation scripts.


Day Three – Customization, Support and Resources
You will learn how to manage Revu assets, like profiles, tool sets, hatch patterns and line styles as we go through the steps to export/import those assets and push them out to users. Although we cannot predict all the issues your users might encounter, we provide troubleshooting resources and best practices for common issues regarding licensing, Bluebeam’s user portals, Revu preferences and user preferences.
